My sacred space is my adjoining walk-in wardrobe, although it’s never really been used as one.
It's been a baby's room, a sewing room, and now a meditation room.
I’ve set it up just as I show you in the roadmap. I use it every morning and every night.
It’s where I ground into my body,
refocus my energy, clear my mind,
and reconnect with what I need.
It works because the space is set up to support me— to meet me where I am and gently bring me back to what feels steady and clear.
